SIC 1 day bonus for day off flying = $1000
SIC 3 day block bonus for day off flying = $3500
Perdiem = $69
Various $50 bonuses per day if you meet certain requirements

They will definitely encourage your application at 1200
The goal is after your first year while doing your SIM current you would earn your ATP
