I used poor wording there, my apologies it's been a long day. I meant are you seat locked and can you bid up or down the fleet?

You can bid for any plane there is a vacancy in, I believe you are seat locked on the type for 1 year

Thanks again.

How do upgrades work? Are they seniority driven, performance driven, or a combination there of?

How quick are they happening for people with a good chunk of turbine time right now?

Since the company started they were performance (and butt kissing) driven, it seems now they are more seniority driven given you have the time. Times for upgrading are changing rapidly, a few months ago I would have told you 18 months, but now it could be less as our attrition starts rising rapidly.

I am very familiar with that type of process.

What are the time requirements?

Hard times of 3000 total for Gama and 3500 for DPJ/TMC. Eventually we will all be either 3500 or 3000, hasn’t been said which yet. 1500 multi, and 750 multi PIC as well - in the past these were waiverable but wheels up changed this when they bought Gama and are no longer accepting waivers. FOs can count their PF time at wheels up for the multi PIC
