Default FlyExclusive Pilot Training

Just finished training at FlyEx and I was pleasantly surprised..... reminded me of a big fractional...... FlyEx was very organized/detailed for size of company. It was much better than my airline training FWIW. They are hiring.

Feels like good things are happening. Happy to be a part of it.

Thumbs up Congratulations!

Congratulations and welcome aboard! They have been great to me and my friends here.. Things are pretty positive and hopeful around here, now, and we are excited to welcome you to our little family.

I have been going to their website, but I have not seen anything for pilots under available openings. Are they no longer hiring or is there another way to go about submitting a resume?

I think going forward you have to think outside of the box and pursue the job you want via Linkedin, etc..... Connect with the decision makers and market yourself. Remember, there are thousands of qualified folks applying for the few jobs that are open, making the decision makers want to hire you is critical. Back in the day you could walk your resume in and meet folks..... nowadays it's done thru Linkedin or reaching out to pilots that you know that work for the company you are interested in. Good luck!

Don't get in line at the soup kitchen, go to the chef making the soup......

Sounds good. I’ve been networking in other areas, but yep... time to put this linkedin profile to use.

Maybe I will call the Chief Pilot the Chef Souper. Think that will work out?

Love your Gamertag, Boats.. I saw one time that somebody questioned that as not being professional for that thread.. But if I were in HR, I’d hire you for that alone.

Yeah, we are pretty happy with our gig here. We have hired 44 pilots since April 1. Unfortunately, it not going to save most the 1000’s of furloughed pilots on the street right now, but we are definitely moving in the right direction.
