Room for rent in MIA
 

Hey guys,
Renting out a room in my awesome townhouse in south Miami.
15 min drive to MIA. Gated community, 2 pools, tennis courts, parking and close to everything you need. Don’t want a random 9-5 guy in here so I thought two pilots that’s never home would be better.
We can talk price based on your schedule but 1000-1300 range.

$1000-$1300 for a room is a lot of hotel stays.

$1000-$1300 is also a lot of leaving your personal effects in the room, not having to worry about early check-in/late check-out, etc...

Value isn't one-size-fits-all.

yeah but we don’t even know the size of the place nor what other amenities or parts of the condo you’d be allowed access to or use of as this person’s tenant.

1k seems excessive when there ARE apartments in the area for that price.

this is not Omaha buddy

I have lived in rooms in JFK, HNL, and LAX. All were under $900.

Give me a break.

Also, why even bother with a range? If you’re willing to take $1,000 why advertise $1,300?

I’m just looking to share my place. Got over 40 responses on Craigslist but I’d prefer to share it with a pilot. Don’t know why ppl are whining . I’m paying 2400/m and thought it would be ok with 1000 if you are on Atlas schedule for example. More if you are with a major/regional and have 16 days off a month it would be more. Pretty sure we all are over hotels at this point and wants a home.

Don’t forget... it’s not just awesome... but it’s a really awesome townhouse in south Miami with bikini clad pretty Miami Vice chicks.

So if it’s a 4/2br I’ll take two rooms.
I’ll share the kitchen but I’ll need my own bikini girl. No sharing that one.
