AQP in 135
Is anyone aware of a 135 company utilizing AQP in their approved training program? The 8900 guidance suggests that this is an option for 135 operators, and I’ve heard that NetJets (91k) has an AQP program approved. I’d love to get in touch with a company that’s gone through the process of getting AQP approved and the associated hurdles.

NetJets is not only 91K but also I believe they operate under 135. I believe you are correct, 135 AQP for NetJets. NetJets voluntarily adopted a “121 style” training program (121 Subpart N & O) a long time ago, which certainly helped get them there. My opinion, AQP works best for operators that have very low attrition and a stable pilot workforce. AQP is very data driven (trends) over time. Good luck & check out the FAA AC on AQP.
