Acc is what it is. You need them and they need you. Get your 1000 hours twin turbine PIC quick and get gone. Spent just under four years with them and got picked up by purple. Learned alot and appreciate were Im at .

ACC is alright, but I think there are better opportunities now for low time pilots. Upgrades happen fast, but the 1000 pic doesn't. If you fly charter you will be lucky to get 500hrs a year. Scheduled runs usually vary from 40-70 hrs a month except for 2 that are above 90hrs a month.
Most of the pilots (FOs and Captains) that leave ACC go to regional airlines. Why not just start at a regional? They are all hiring now.
If you are not in a hurry, ACC isn't that bad.

Do you get a good pick of domicile locations? What is the typical weekly schedule like. Mostly night flying?

I got hired with ACC (awaiting class date) at 404TT and 21ME with a BS in Aviation-Commercial Pilot. The pay on APC is quite a bit off. Their director of training told me pay as a F/O is $21,500 to $25,000 depending on the route.
As for their aircraft, as I have been referencing Flightaware.com it seems they're not using their Short 330's as much, mostly if not all flights on FlightAware are 360s. I've been told their aircraft have autopilot but their disconected.
Also was told upgrade time "can happen" in about a year. You can't find that at any other regional. People here mention "why not just start at a regional", well if you have less than 500-600TT and low ME, ACC is your calling. Another guy in my interview didn't get hired at 930TT, they may be desperate, but they still have standards to meet.
