Clay Lacy Schedules

Anyone have any insight on how Clay Lacy Aviation schedules pilots? On / Off days? On call? How do they operate? In the out bases in particular is what I'm wondering. They've been advertising for pilots in Boise and Denver and Bozeman. How do the schedules work in those locals? I know in the past people haven't had great things to say about working there. Thanks in advance.

Its been awhile since I've worked at CLA but when I was there they gave 3 hard days a month off and an additional 4 soft days that they could move as they needed. The 3 hard days would get you a "day rate" if they asked you to fly.
