It is in the sentence that you are quoting, current.
This tends to mean in part 135 that they want you to have an 8410 or equivalent. A piece of paper from the FAA or designee that shows you have completed an 135.293 or 135.297 checkride within the last 12 months (co-pilot) or 6 months (captain).

Again... any idea on the minimums? As in... how many hours do they want? Aside from being current...

The pay is pretty good. Low to mid 30's for a Shorts FO and somewhere north of 50k (maybe 60k) for captains. IT depends on how much you fly. I think they have a year training contract and I don't think it's commutable.

The latest at Alliance Air Charter;
*No schedule (Once you come back to Denton at the end of a trip you move to the bottom of the call out list, if your gone one weekend you get the next off.
*DTO (Denton, TX) base only
*3 Shorts 360, 3 Falcon 20
*Captain pay, base salary 46K or 50K for dual qual. 15¢/mile (Statue mile, airport to airport, repo or live leg).
*For F/O's I think it is 28K (could be 32K) base salary, 9¢/mile.
*Everyone gets $1.75 per diem.
*Fly all over USA, Mexico, and Canada.
*pilots get to pick our hotel we overnight at within reason.
*most flying is Monday to Friday, some pop-ups happen on weekend from time to time.
*Management is probably the best I've ever had. (Which isn't saying much)
*SOP are horrible
*Falcons break a lot and probably should be in a museum.
*most pilots at the company are pretty cool, but some should have their cert. revoked.
*Company is currently looking for pilots with enough jet experience to be a street Falcon 20 captain. (Doubt anyone with Jet PIC time will want to come here.)
Right now heavy on F/O's but that's about to change soon.

So I would say to be realistic around 4 months. They will post an ad on Climbto350.com.
