iCA operates a fleet of ATR and ERJ aircraft around the Caribbean under a 135 certificate. It seems like a high-quality operation but I can’t find any information on them. Has anyone on this form worked for them before? Can they shed some light on overall operations including:

Pay
Schedules
Hiring
Safety
Management

Thanks!

Can't be a 135 operation if it's not registered as a U.S. Carrier. Headquarters is in Turks & Caicos and plays by British rules. Less than 1000 employees, hiring and benefits probably preferential to locals.

Website says hiring for ATR's, preference for 100+ time in type, mins CMEL 750TT, 200ME
