Recently saw they posted an SIC position online. Anyone know what life is like for the FO's? Seen rumours of home basing and 8 on 6 off for CAs, but wanted to get the feel of what the FO's have or if it's the same

Not sure about home basing per se, but its 7 on / 7 off. They have a few Lear 45's and Beechjets with the Lears and Beechjets being in Ankeny, IA and a couple of Beechjets out of Pensacola. They seem to be a small, but tight knit company and Ankeny is a nice community.
