All I know is they are some pretty good lear pilots. I used to fly into BKL nightly when two of them would arrive. Always a race to the finish, and they wouldn't hold you up either, always appreciated in the freight dog world.

Depends on the base but for the most part, expect 65-90 hours a month. A lot has changed there in the last couple years. Mostly in part to lighter loads due to Check 21. A number of bases have been closed, some shifted. If you live where there is a crew based, it would be worth going down to the FBO and saying hello as a good number of hires come from within. About half of the pilots are the type that move on to bigger and better, the other half are your freight dog lifers. Not a bad gig if you don't mind working nights with all weekends and holidays off.
