Is there any chance of a class after the Janurary class? Is hiring still going?

It is hard to say how this January indoc class will affect our overall numbers and our staffing needs. We still may conduct interviews to have pilots go swimming, but we'll have to see. If all the indocees get through then we may be ok. But if we have a significant drop out rate then we may need a few extra.

Well, Ameriflight had an add today for BE99 Capts on climbto350. Anybody know how many people they need?

They have ads today for BE99, PA31, SA227 and BE1900 on climbto350.com but they keep appearing and then disappearing. Who knows whats going on.

They're also listed on Ameriflight's website under current openings and they weren't there a few days back.

What are the chances of someone with just below 135 mins, about 100 hours short, of getting an SIC position or doing the "pay to play" deal. I'm currently doing single pilot IFR in a 310 and loving every minute of it. I'd like to look into Ameriflight a little more, seems like it would be my cup of tea. Just sent my resume so I guess I'll find out soon enough anyway, just thought I'd see if anyone was getting on as an SIC right now.

What's the "pay to play" deal?

I hope its not what I'm thinking, please say it ain't so
