That is IF people take those bids. There were a few furloughs in HWD I heard.

Just an FYI for those interested.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if some of those CVG and PR Metros go to street captains.

So what's so bad about CVG? I'm thinking about bidding it. Is it just a tough schedule?

The schedules can be found at Ameriflight Daily Schedule

You can judge for yourself on that one.

Base preference aside, it's a pretty long move for guys who start on the west coast to move 3 or more time zones for an upgrade.

Any openings in Texas for the BE99? I am guessing this nice and cool summer has made this place high on the bidding list ;)

West Texas is always turning over. I haven't seen a bid out anywhere, but we have one guy going to Metro school for PR in a week and another one who gave his notice on Wednesday, so that's 2 openings right there.

Anyone know if any of the Bro captains have moved on recently. And if so, what to?

BeardedFlyer 08-09-2013 02:35 PM

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration

Can you commute in working for AMF or is this a job you need to live in base for?

9kBud 08-20-2013 02:17 PM

Commuting to work at Ameriflight sounds like the kind of hell I wouldn't wish on my worst enemies.
