ok seriously, 58 pages of stuff here? Someone want to summarize for me what life is like there at ameriflight? Personally I wish the 99 pay was a little better. Kinda surprised to see it in the same scale as the piston personally. I saw an opening before that was 3 weeks on and 1 off. Is that normal? Also, do you leave on monday and not come back until Saturday morning or do you come back home every day?

There's plenty in the stack here with info on AMF, but if you don't want to do the footwork, PM me.

Freightdog,
I am hoping you can offer some advice. I'm really interested in working for AMF, but I'm wondering if I should apply now, or wait until later in the year. I meet the AMF min requirements, I have about 100 ME, I'm currently studying up on the PA-31 manual (and for the 135 ATP written) and I meet the part 135 min requirements -with the one exception that I am short by 20 hours of night time. So my question is, if I apply now would my application even be considered without having the min 100 hours of night time? Should I wait until I have obtained the remaining 20 hours of night?

All new hires are cross trained in the Chieftan and Navajo. They have a september class, and I think putting people in a pool from the october and november classes.

Last I heard was that they are no longer interviewing. The Oct and Nov classes have been canceled, as of right now.

Everything chances so fast though, so we'll see.
