Right on. Many people view the call with the recruiter as a yes or no thing. We need pilots, if they can't proceed to the next step in the interview process, they will likely help you come up with a plan to get to that point.

"Management position" meaning something besides just a line pilot that does his job and goes home. They want to see someone who has taken some initiative and become at least a training captain.

It's not a guaranteed interview. Just make sure that is buying conveyed properly.

Or you can go to a regional for 1-2yrs. After that, you'd be a shoe in @ Allegiant.

Indoc, ground school, and Sims are held in Dallas. Process takes about 3 weeks before you're sent to the line for OE.
