Default Another friend lost.

January 15th early in the morning my friend perished in the waters of Hawaii. The Pacific took him away from us. Please send you're thoughts and prayers to his friends and family. He was a good pilot and an even better man. Be careful out there and NEVER forget, a/any flight is not worth the greatest sacrifice.

Aloha.

Is this Beech 1900 crash what you're talking about? http://kgmb9.com/main/content/view/3348/40/

Did they fly the 1900 single pilot?

I am sorry for your loss. I had him in a few of my classes at HCC. Such a terrible accident. Before they released the name I thought it was my private pilot flight instructor because he works at alpine as well and I think he is around 38. Hanging in there. R.I.P.

Never wait for tomorrow to say what needs said today. Rejoice in those who are special, and enjoy that what is truly important.

I have seen too many brothers peel off for the last time, to lift from the Earth and soar into yesterday. There is some comfort in the dream that they were pursuing. Millions never get the chance to chase a passion, live a dream. This is worth considering.

When I am gone, have comfort in the fact that I have chased, pursued, grabbed, wrestled, twisted and hung on to my wildest dreams. The reality they led me to was even more incredible. The best part were the people I met along the way.

Be careful out there. Thoughts and prayers to those who grieve.
