It went well. I flew into MDW and drove to Elkhart. Next time I will spend the extra money and fly into Southbend. Mdw 2hr drive Sbn 30min.
I Interviewed with Marc. Everyone was very nice I think they are looking for folks who want to be there and be there for the long term. Asked about my experience and asked questions about things on my resume. I think they are looking for people who can get along on the road for 15 days at a time. I think the pay and benefits are pretty good for a fairly new company. I really want to fly for this company and I look hope to hear something soon.

Good luck. They are looking for people who want to be there. Everyone seems really nice. I havent met any line pilots but Marc assured me they are a good bunch of folks

That's what I hear as well. I have two inside references and that seems to weigh ALOT in who they hire, more than experience. I haven't spoken to Marc yet, but his boss called me to set up the interview. With my time in type, he has mentioned an interest in getting me straight into the left seat, which I am excited about. He just wasn't sure if the next class would be July or early August. As good as this company sounds, I'd be happy flying right seat if need be. Get a couple more posts and pm me, I'd love to see if your interview was the same as everyone else's, and see what kind of inside information you've heard.
