I Interviewed and got the job offer this morning! I'm going into the Hawker 400 instead of the Citation, so I'm excited about that. Everyone at this company is really nice, very organized, and things are growing like crazy. They have the money and are buying planes as fast as they can get the business for them. Right now they have 32-33 airplanes, but have plans to expand to 100 airplanes as fast as business demands it. After being at the airlines for 6 months, it's refreshing to see businesses growing. I guess that comes from customers who understand and have no problem paying fuel surcharges. I interviewed with a couple of other 135 companies recently, and this was the best of them all. My friends that are there are very happy, and treated really well. I feel very fortunate and look forward to seeing anyone else starting there on July 7!

Very relaxed interview with the chief pilot and assistant cp. A few questions about part 135 landing requirements and performance, the rest about my previous experience. I interviewed for the Citation CP position, but was offered a Hawker 400 FO position. I'm getting a full type in the Hawker, and they told me upgrade would be fairly quick. I've got 2900TT, 1100Turbine, 815TPIC, 1300ME.

From aviationresearch.com:
ARG/US standard minimums require the First Officer to have a Commercial license, 1000 hours total time, and 500 hours total PIC time. Specific subscriber minimums may be higher.
TMC is ARG/US Gold rated, so those are probably the mins. I know there minimums for CA are exactly the same as the standard ARG/US CA mins.
