All new hires are 15-13. That started two classes ago, but only new hires and current employees who want the schedule are going on it. They apparently were spending $40k a month on airline travel. They figured it best to pay everyone an extra $5k a year to do the 15/13 instead of money on airline fares. Those who give up 8/6 for 15/13 cannot go back. There is rumor of a further pay increase due to the increase in pay at the fractionals... I hope its true!

Finished with indoc last week. This is a really good company with ALOT of growth potential, plans for growth, and solid funding. A few growing pains, but nothing unexpected... they are really focused on doing the right thing and doing well by the employees. I am really looking forward to getting out on the line.
