South Aero - ABQ
 

Anybody have any info on them? I've heard iffy things on the other "big" 135 op in ABQ, but not much on them.

Any info would be great.

I know people that have flown for both, and I have heard that South is the better of the two. I used to work at ABQ about 5 years ago, and I never really heard anything bad about South. I believe there are some guys that have been there for several years and are happy. As far as Aero Charter, when I worked at ABQ they were the company I heard "sketchy" things about. That being said, I have heard that they have improved and one of my former roomates just left them to go to a regional, and he really didnt have anything bad to say about them. I just saw them post on climbto350 for a PHX base starting at 40-50k, weekdays only home every night. Of course I never worked personally for either one so take it for what its worth! Hopefully some of this helps. If you have any specific questions, please ask and maybe I can get them answered for you.

Have a buddy that flies for SA, says that their equipment is old but maintained well. They have one caravan with rumor that more may be enroute.

However, rumors in aviation are like, well you know @zzoles......everyones got one.
