Would any JetSuite pilot please share if during the 8 days on crews ever return to base? For example if based in PBI would you fly PBI-TEB-PBI to be back home (if you live in base) for a night during the eight days on?
Also, what time does day one start? I assume if flying airline out to meet a company plane that airline out would never start before the 8 days on? Also, is the last day on back in base before midnight? Thanks for any info.

I had Day 1 start as early as 0500, but never the day before. Sometimes you might be on a Noon airline flight, or rarely catching a live leg out of base. As for getting home, there is no promise they will even get you home on the last day. One of the reasons I don't work there anymore is their poor track record in that regard. I airlined home on my first day off several times in 2015 (with pay for the day, but still...)

If you get back to base mid-rotation, it is sheer dumb luck. They do not move empty planes to get pilots home.

Sorry the job at JetSuite was not a good match for you, did you stay in the executive aviation/charter/fractional side of aviation?

Pay is set and never changes. This along with the the lack of retirement is one reason for the recent turn over of pilots. However, even though some pilots have not received a raise in 6 years the pay remains very competitive. For a phenom anyway.
