A couple of years ago, pay was bad, benifits good. They had all C-208 Caravans when I flew there. A Van is a Great airplane, the engine bullet proof, but I had avionics/radio issues.

Saw some issues while I worked there and was not happy with how they were being handled, so I left. The outfit was in flux then so it could have went any way by now.

I'm not a hater, they gave me a start, I wish we could have parted in better terms.

My advice, find more than one person currently flying there and find out what you can from them. Everyone I knew there has since moved on or I'd forward your info.

Good Luck

Default Thanks Rob

I flew the C208B many years ago and I was lucky to fly brand new equipment with less than 100 hours on them.
Some of those same airframes are still flying.

again Thanks for the reply.

It is a good company. I was impressed by their maintenance. I was pretty far away from Dallas but if I ever had a problem it got taken care of quickly. The hotels they put you up in are nice and not dives.

Default I also agree - - -MRA is a good employer !!!

I also agree.

Good aircraft and engine mx. Planes are all C-208 flown for UPS and DHL.

Currently hiring - -check the Martinaire website under "careers" to see
all the openings.

Friendly management, good mx. good benefits. Most schedules are Mon morning to Friday night for DHL and Monday night to Saturday morning for UPS.

And of course extra flight during the holidays; Mothers Day (flowers) and Christmas for both UPS and DHL.

I think the new starting pay is 45,000 per year.
