Baer Air?
Anyone know anything about Baer Air down in FL? Says they hire captains and F/Os...just wondering if anyone knew anything? Looks like they might be a more "mom and pop" type of company, but nonetheless a fun place to work.

Great bunch of guys. They are out of Merritt Island airport. The owner is a pilot for united. They come through my sim facility where I work and they dry lease the Beechjet sim for thier own use. I think the pay is hourly.

I was interested in them a while back. They seem like a nice group of folks to work for. You start out in a Seneca, then move up to the Navajo, and then eventually the King Airs. (Or at least that's how it was explained to me.) They do a lot of trips throughout FL and the Bahammas. They pay hourly. (Their's "flight pay," and "sit pay." I'm not too sure about the rates though. Good luck!

Resurrecting this post from the dead...
Does anyone have any current information on these guys? I just moved to the MLB area, and it is very tempting to toy with the idea of being home-based again... |

I used to work with Baer Air, had a blast working there, shouldn't have left for ASA. PM me with any questions. Best chance of getting on with Baer Air is if you hold a Beechjet Type. If you don't, walking in a resume in professional attire and catching Bill or Carla is your next best chance.
