Opinion
Honest opinion, what should the pay be for a new hire to sit right seat in a King Air 350 and 90, with some instruction in the company 182. Flying 60hrs a month plus a little instruction.
Rumor is 40K.... |

I am right seat in a B100 but only have 1,100 hours. I also am training as right seat in a 350. I am only getting $20,500. I know it is on the lowere end

Other factors would be whether or not you will eventually get checked out in the airplane or not, did they send you to the factory school?
