Just curious as to what their schedule is like, is it similar to mountain air cargo? I don’t really hear much about them on here so I’d appreciate any info.

there seems to be mixed emotions about empire's management. is there anyone who is currently employed by them who can offer som insight... i am looking to apply for right seat in an ATR. thanks for the info

i know that the pilots tried to unionise a year ago because they haven't had a pay raise in over 10 years. the management would try to get pilots to sign a training contract for upgrade after they have upgraded and been flying the line and when they wouldn't they fired them. i don't think they are hiring right now anyway as they have been loosing routes. fedex has been pulling them and they just lost a plane in LBB, but gladly both pilots were okay. i wouldn't recomend Empire to anyone. i used to work there for 5 years. on the 121 side.
