Join me dude. I've been calling their office like crazy. No one seems to know. Best bet is buy yourself a ticket and fly out there.

I think Saab Captains only right now. But yeah, your best bet is to show up and attempt to talk to the DO. Having a resume walked in or bugging HR did not seem to help.

Hold on now..... it is PFT for certain individuals who don't have the experience and the appropriate type rating when they join the company. I have friends there who did not pay a single penny when they were hired.

Don't bother with this place if you've just heard about IBC. This place a is a joke, I've called and done every possible thing short of actually going to MIA to get their attention. Email they have on their employee site is invalid, no confirmation that it goes through. No confirmation on Fax. The least they could say is stop bothering us we're not hiring.

Got a hold of a lady like 2 weeks ago who took my name and number said she'd talk to who ever is in charge didn't hear back. Talked to another HR this week, she said Mark and the CP don't even call for interviews, it's some other guy. Said she'd give this "other" guy my info, I'm not holding my breath though. With my experience in getting an interview, if they need you they usually call you within 48 hours of sending a resume or inquiring on the phone. So far it's been weeks, I wish they would just tell us flat out they're not hiring so we don't waste any time.

I read in a 2006 thread about IBC that they don't train in NOV and DEC anyways.... It's one of those things where I'll probably not sign up for anyways but it's nice to have a plan B in MIA.

Currently they fly about 10 Freighter converted Saab 340A's, 1 Executive 18 passanger Saab 340A, 2 30 passanger Saab 340B's that are up north flying on demand charters for the NCAA and NASCAR. IBC is growing rapidly. The cargo runs in MIA growing everyday, and the on demand charter flying up north is growing at a rate that is hard to keep up with. There is talk of getting a few jet aircraft but nothing set in stone yet.

They also have quite a few Metro III's and IV's on the MIA cargo side. The metro's are on their way to being phased out though.

Roughly 50 pilots total atm and about 8 flight attendents.

There is also 1 Lear 55, but its fully staffed atm.
