Does anyone have the 411 on these guys? What's the pay like? QOL? Would you work for them if offered a job? Thanks guys!

Not as much info on here but other forums have more. I personally saw one of the metro's on a scheduled run to South Bimini. Chit chatted with the crew, they were nice but basically said to go there as last resort. This was in 2006. The two crew members were basically the luggage handlers, gate agents, and anything else you can think of.

Not that it (being a CSR/LST) could be a bad thing, but don't go there expecting to be just a pilot...

From what I have gathered from rumors, the only aircraft they have that are airworthy is a Saab and a Caravan...no idea about the Metro and the Lear's.

They are in bankruptcy, their check bounce or you don't get paid. One Saab has been in the hangar for over a year as they have no money to fix it. Employees leave in droves...if this is ok with you, go for it!

I remember having to wake up the customs guy to stamp my passport. That terminal there is pretty funny too. I had a great experience flying around the keys and Bahamas. Would love to do it again!

Their Chief Pilot lost his license for telling lies on his paperwork!!! Two of their pilots went to Florida Coastal aka Lynx and another to IBC. They have new folks now!

The Company operates a Saab 340 and a Caravan back and forth to Bimini as of March 2009. It has gone through some hard times the last few years but the company has always been very unorganized. It's like to 2007 Dolphins, replacing one player would not have helped the team...The players coaches and management needed an overhaul. Hey Parcells do you know anything about airplanes??
