I sent my resume into Phoenix Air and was sent an application which I have also submitted. I am retiring from 24 year career in law enforcement and making the transition to fly professionally for another 20 Year’s. I live in Georgia near Cartersville.

I saw your post about the pay being good depending on the assignment you have.

What is the average pay for First Officers on the Lear?

What can a person expect from the interview if you get called. Do they do a technical type interview, or see if you are a good fit because of the deployments that you do?

What are the benefits that they provide?

Thank you for your time.
Minimums for FO are 2500 a month. Year 1 daily rate is 100 a day.... year 1 hourly flight pay is 45 an hour

FO can make between 40 and 65... it just depends on what role you have in the company.
Interview is just a conversation with the chief pilot... he'll probably throw a tech question or 2 to see how you answer but not a big deal really

We can't just tell you that. Even if you worked here you wouldn't know what it really does.
Only crew members rotating on that contract know what's up.
You would have to take the job to find out
