Anything changed on this place? Heard things "may" have improved somewhat since this so called shortage has made them try a little harder to retain and recruit pilots..had a phone interview the other day, just wondering how things were currently.

Same owner, same CP, same terrible schedule, same lousy pay, same garbage. Everyone pilot there is trying to leave ASAP. This place adds zero value to your resume.

The owner doesn't respect his employees. The planes are old Net Jet Citations. Pay is well below NBAA average, its a revolving door of pilots. Only ones that stay cant go any where else. With the state of hiring why shoot for the bottom?

I appreciate the info. Not necessarily shooting for the bottom, trying to swap over to a home base charter from the Helo world.
Not having much luck getting looked at with any of the others out there. Just exploring all options I've been offered.

Any new info on these guys? Talked to an F/O that said it was a decent gig. Just changed to an 8/6 schedule. Home basing is a plus. Any insight on pay, QOL, etc?

Stay away..bad pilot employer..everyone is trying to leave...old aircraft...low pay...other operators hiring...expensive training contract...

New marketing guy, he's managed to raise pay, bring in some newer airframes, and improved pilot schedules/communications. The shortage has hit all of the jet card operators hard, they have no choice regarding pay/QOL.

Default red wing inside look.

stay as far away as you can its like some one said a sh*tshow. from day one its been one red flag after the other. Very cheap don't want to pay even for coffee . Hotels are peace junk in the middle of nowhere as cheap as it can get. training program is a joke they dot even provide books or posters to use. At company headquarters there not even a free cup of coffee or a drink of water for pilots.over nights are the worse. On the line there is almost no company support you are on your own. But all this doesn't matter you are treated like crap by management no respect for personal needs or rights they will find all ways to screw your paycheck always an issue with payroll all pilots are missing per diem and good luck getting paid for any out of pocket expenses. the only good thing that they are god at are lies and a good act to get your foot on the door, then you sign a contract for about 15k. for a citation 5/ultra type.I swear to GOD its a nightmare PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away.
