The C402 is part 135. The 121 time would be gained as a ATR FO.

As far as I know, if you get 1000 PIC in the 402 under 135, you're qualified to go straight to the left seat in the ATR. That was the case a few years ago, don't know if that's changed...

Left seat Captain time in the 402 at Cape air counts towards a 121 upgrade (135 pic commuter). Read the regulation closely, however. Not SIC time, not PIC time either. ATP Captain time. Yes, after 1000 hrs you can bid the Guam atr captain spot.

So, it's actually PIC COMMUTER and not PIC CARGO right? Correct me If i'm wrong, 1,200TT and other reqs gets in as PIC with c402 but, only cargo(IFR PIC 135) Then, at 1,500 you get ATP and act as PIC for pax on the 402. So, that 300 hours for 1,200-,1,500 does not count towards ATR upgrade since it was just cargo even though it was on the same plane?
Thank you for the clarification.

I am still a ways away from 500 (if that is still the hard minimum), but I was wondering about their Montana routes. I read that most of their crews are outstation based in general. Does that mean I could request either GDV or SDY for example? Those are both within driving range of my current home in BIS.
