The goal for the company is to have everyone flying as a Captain. If you’re a captain, you will fly either single pilot or with an FO.

Great thanks for the info. So y’all rarely have flight with two captains?

So you rarely have a situation where two captains are flying on board?

I wouldn't say "never", but very close to it. I never flew with another captain unless he was repositioning and wasn't really a part of the crew.

Default Future classes bases

Any insight about what bases could be awarded for the upcoming future classes? Just wondering to evaluate how easy commute would be if offered a position as an FO. Thanks.

To my knowledge, the only commutable base is Billings. Don’t know if that base is being offered or not.

How’s the Tecnam transition going? Any estimate on the timeline to get the full fleet swapped over?

Todays interim bid shows BIL is wide open for junior FOs. 2 spots in MBL and 1 in MWA.

Default Living accommodations options.

What about some options for living accommodations? Any option for crashpad?

Some people certainly have crash pads. I am sure if you were commuting, you could find something relatively cheap. For most midwest bases, you're better off living in base.
