Not true at all. Billings base has always been Super senior. We have had some people leave the company recently and it has opened up a few new slots for more junior guys, but Billings is definitely senior in seniority.

What is the situation like in the next 6 months?

What will happen to the Tecnams? will they continue to come in?
All new FO classes are on a freeze. The training department has been using this time to transition crews over to the tecnams. The Midwest bases are all 100% tecnam transitioned now. We will continue to take delivery of the tecnams. Next 6 months....not sure. Depends on PPP, vaccine...etc. There are some people internally (operations, etc.) that were given offers and waiting on class dates themselves.

Aka it might be a while

This is good to know. The application submitted via the website will probably be second priority to those of the internal employees. I hope they get it! Nothing like moving in the cockpit from the operations / back office side of things.

Found out yesterday that there are 2 December 2020 classes starting. I don’t yet know how many or make up of classes, but most already had COJs and were awaiting class dates.

The last interim base bid for the most junior captains were: HYA, STL, RUT, BHB, and PVC.
The December classes are made up of high time (1300-1500 TT) FOs that will quickly be able to upgrade to Captain and only one internal gateway hire that has 300TT. Hope this helps.

Don't hear too much about the Caribbean ops.... is that because those bases are senior, or just limited in jobs?

nothing to report there. Much like everything else, it’s senior and then junior then back to senior. Not much flying down there the last 6 months with restrictions and not many people traveling.
