in your mind, what are the causes of the decline? reduced business? codeshare?

Lack of new customers and $$, aircraft that are having mech. problems and lack of parts. They keep taking parts off the 8 or 9 parked aircraft to keep the 5 flying. oh well..I hope mgt will save us!

we were in JZI yesterday and one of your machines was taxiing out as we came in. What's with the AWOS? reporting 100 over for the last few weeks...

JZI is a neat resource for somebody not wanting the hassle of CHS.
