Default Bay Area Leads?

Anyone have any type of Bay Area pilot leads for jobs becoming available in the next 6-12 months? (Napa - Palo Alto)

I'm interested in mainly part-time flying once off of active duty in May '10 to be piecemealed with military reserves.

Quals: ATP-MEL / CFI / CFII / MEI. 2000 hours JET PIC.

Thanks in advance.

v/r,
Cubdrick

I don't live there anymore and times are tough now, but when I lived there:

Traffic watch flying. It was out of Hayward back then.
Flight instructing. Every airport. Anyone hiring?
Corporate. I flew to a couple people out of Oakland.

Sometimes there are jobs that no one knows about. You may have to go looking.

Scarey Academy. They asked me to be chief instructor a long time ago, since I had experience at it. I said no.

The current enviroment @ sirrea is horible! You will live a lot longer if you go some where else. Plus they lost all the descent chinese contracts they had, now they serve the bottom of the chinese airlines. With paycuts and performance based pay (ie you dont get paid until a student passes a stage check), a total disreguard for safety on the MX side, and students that know, no eglish what so ever. Your better off somewhere else, like

Hangar 2
oakland flyers
calairways (my old place)
Travis aero club
shoreline
and west valley flying club
FLYING VIKINGS is just at bad as sierra

Ugh..it amazes me that there are plenty of posts about some of these places just a click or two away and people still recommend them. There is still alot of flying occuring in the bay area..just seems to me its one of those areas that jobs go "in network' and never see the light of day on message boards. Good luck!
