I honestly could not tell you. Every unscheduled operator I know has that in their ops specs. But I don't know every operator by any means. In my career I have worked for (some full time and some contract) about 12 different Part 135 operators and I have found that ops specs don't change very much. Ops manuals change drastically from operator to operator. Another question to ask is if you don't operate under 135 and you are flying on demand charter then what do you operate under; unscheduled 121 or 125? I am very confused right now??

repositioning the aircraft part 91 can sometimes confuse people when saying "i flew 12 hours yesterday". It was legal as long as your duty day is within limits.

Yup, and those days sometimes can great because you're usually going home and pending your interpretation, means you won't be flying for another 24hrs!

What I was getting at was that some unscheduled 135 operations choose, voluntarily, to operate under 135.265 instead of 135.267. Hence, the more restrictive limits to flight time.
