Not real sure what the pay scale for FO is, but here in KFLL you have Gulfstream Academy with pilots paying to have the opertunity to fly right seat in the 1900 with little compensation for flight time. This is killing the job market when pilots pay to fly.

Great lakes pays $16/hr but they are curerently negotiating a new CBA I beleive, 3M pays a first year FO on the 1900 -$19.01/hr. And yes that is what the Probationary pilots make also.....WJL408, you dont like Gulfstream fine, thats your right, but at least speak with facts or dont speak at all, the man asked a question.

MMaviator, a fair price for that aircraft in a 135 would be higher I would think based on most 135 not having a min guarantee. Did you ever do that interview?

I never stated that I did not like Gulfstream, I merely stated a fact. When pilots start paying to fly they are killing the job market, Gulfstream is only taking advantage of the situation (which is a good business decision). But when we as pilots start paying to fly we bring it upon ourselfs. (Not good for us) Only telling the way I see it, sorry you took offence.

Not offended, just again bringing facts that were answers to the question he asked. I know the PFT argument has been beat to death, I just saw your post as kind of a thread drift, thats all...

Back to the original question. You can check out the pay rates for Ameriflight in the "Airline Profiles" section. Not Pax, but might still help give you an idea.

Default It depends

It really depends on your anticipated schedule. A BE20 captain can make $500 per day, but it's all on-demand with no guarantee. I have seen guaranteed pay rates for the same aircraft as low as $35,000 per year flying only about 300 to 350 hours per year. It depends on the mission as much as the aircraft size.
