IFL Group

Anyone know what the pay is for IFL group? Also the quality of life/schedule?

Roughly....
Capt is 50K plus mileage and bonuses.
FO is 24K plus over mileage and bonuses.

These are just guesses. QOL is 20min "On-Call" as they want you wheels up in 1 hour.

I applied a little while ago and have not heard anything from them. Try giving them a call and taking with the Chief Pilot.

Really depends more on who you know, internal recs are very heavily weighted.
