Not eligible for the reduced TT ATP. Not a CFI though. Just a plain Comm Single with no multi yet. Not sure what they didn’t like about my credentials listed in the application. Interviewed with a couple other 135 operators with the same hours and received offers.

They only hire 4-5 FO's per month on average. Not everyone who applies gets hired.
Just had someone with the same amount of hours and Caravan experience not make it through class. IF your experience is from the same operator, the company might be a little gun-shy about taking a chance right now.

Lots of info and quizzes though out the day. I wouldn't say hard. But if you don't pass the quizzes you'll have to retake them over lunch. Just pay attention. They are multiple choice...just need an 80%. Depends who is teaching the class as well on the success rate. (Thats how it was about a year and a half ago)

Training isn't hard. The guy running it is kind of an oddball but it's not difficult. Heck it's a Cessna. The plane is fun, and the pilot group is ok, but the company management is what it is. There's a reason they haven't grown and that reason is called Shane and Darnea, but if you can deal with the revolving door, the rude staff at HQ, and the laughable CEO, then you'll be fine. Do your time and then leave like everyone else.
