When I was first hired we were getting 80hours on average. This month I will do somewhere between 40-50hours. Next month my schedule is below 60hours. The schedules vary from month to month. Some months they are great and others I can say are not commuter friendly. They recently started to add reserve days to the schedules, and they are unpaid. So if you commute you are coming to stl for free in hopes you get a call. I have never been called on a reserve day. If you have less than 500TT you sign a two year contract that is non pro-rated at $10,000. If you have over 500TT it is an 18month contract. With all of this said a lot of drama goes on here as with any small company. If you stay out of it then it's not a bad place to work. The hotels are not bad and most of the people you work with are good people. With everyone hiring lately I would probably stay away from the contract deal and just flight instruct. With the schedules we have been getting recently you will build time faster.

Ground school is the first week of may. Owner is really nice and it must be a great experience but pay is horrible, and moving there for that..... Not sure if I can afford it.

My co pilot has flown for them and said if you want to work for a 135 1/2 and break rules in a daily basis ...not worth it according to him

The SIC position is not posted on Air Choice One's career website, but I did see it on Climbto350. Is there anywhere else it is posted in order to apply or best to follow their PIC application instructions on their website for an SIC position?
