Hey guys, I'm sorry for such a quick post, but I have been lurking around the forums forever and finally decided to join!!!

I have a quick question, I know the pay, management is bad at NMA, but am curious are they hiring right now? If you know please reply as I am definitely interested!!! Again glad to finally join!

Well, I hear ya... I've heard all the horror stories, and the way the treat their employees. But the truth is right now at the school I instruct at, the boss treats me like ****, wont pay for another shirt (only one shirt and I work every day), and the pay is bleh...

But I was considering hopping over, and was curious if they are hiring?

Look, why don't you apply and wait for a call? The only guy on here, openly at least, that went there no longer flys there and was saying he was treated lower than dirt. Sleeping on airport couches every night etc etc... Those horror stories are not stories that people make up, it will happen to you too.

Just do a search for Pacific Wings, Georgia Skies ect... The owner and president are GREAT characters and heck they have charges pending against them by former employees.
But like you said. You're definately interested... While your at it, I'm sure if you mention you're willing to "pay to play" they'll walk you right in and have you use their microsoft flight sim they use on a desktop for flight sim eval... :D:rolleyes:

Same here until I went to the flight school I'm at now...I set my own schedule...find my own students...charge my own rate....and my boss gave me all of my shirts!

The last flight school however....made an internment camp look like Club Med...

That place is the devil. All the stories are true! Take a job at McDonald's, at least there you won't have to sleep on a couch covered in mold.
