Any new information about them? I see they are looking for Lear 45 and 60 crews.

Low Pay, Average FO salary about 40K. CaPT average 73K. Pay increase are not easy to come by. They Have Lear 45 and 60 The kind of flying is Executive, ambulance and Jet smart (you will do all of them). Airplanes have a lot of maintenace issues. Management is not friendly toward pilots. They make you sign a 2 year contract (Not prorated). The schedule is 8 on and 4 off. They do call you to fly on days off, No extra pay.
You will only get per-diem on overnight.
Car rentals are maybe.
You may need to begin or end your trip with a short car ride to the airplane or back to base. The base is FLL but the planes can overnight in OPF, BCT or PBI.

Default Latest On National

Lets see.
The chief pilot and Director of Ops quit. (They didn't quit because they were happy with the operation) They are currently hiring for those positions. They No longer have LR60. They are No longer MeDevac. The guy running the show is James Dent or Jim Dent From sky Limo and Skybus Lots of history (Guy is an Ass). They have 4 Lear45 remaining. Days off are just going from bad to worse. They currently only have about 11 pilots. They like to put you in a situation where if you refuse a flight more than likely the flight will cancel. And blame the pilot for the cancelation.
I can speak from experience the current pilot group some have contract and some don't but about 50% are looking to leave. The remaining others are rejects and about 2 really like south Florida. Management is very hostile with pilots. You get minimum support on the road and no support at home from dispatch. If you are thinking about to working here after reading this. You asked for it.

is this really the current situation there? 72k is very low. There are King Air operators offering more out of FLL.
