Default Kenmore Hiring

Looks like from the website they stopped their F/O program. Anyone know anything about this? Are they done with the program or just sitting tight for a bit? I e-mailed the CP and haven't heard anything.

Thanks!

CD

I was wondering the same thing. I have a buddy I fly with that use to work for them so I am going to see if he can find out anything.

I will let you know what I figure out. I am overseas right now, but should be back in town next week.

I talked with one of their FO's a few weeks ago. They are full on pilots right now.

Really? I didn't think many people knew about their program. But, hell, I guess time is time. I guess I can only hope that they will open up when I get back.

If not, well then, I guess it's back to teaching.

Sorry to revive a month old thread, but is there any new info out there? I saw a listing on WFFF for F/Os, but recently that website has been pretty worthless.

Still nothing on the company website. I am hoping with energy getting cheaper that things pick up a bit.

They're laying off some ground staff, and furloughing a couple pilots in the next few weeks. Don't count on anything until the spring, when everything else turns around (if, but likely).

Well, fair enough. I appreciate the information. I am excited to get back to teaching as I have always enjoyed taking people from "Zero to Hero" so to speak. It's good times. Making the transition back to FW piston instead of RW and HUGE turbines will be a switch.

Acuwings, here I come.
