Does anybody know the latest scoop on these guys? I heard they were hiring. Anyone else hear this? Is it 15/13? Can you still live anywhere in the 48 with airline service? Pay?

Thanks in advance

You can live anywhere that you want. However, you have to choose 2 airports as your home airport. It is on your own dime to get there and to pay for parking for the 2 weeks. Plus, you might have airline service into BFE by a couple of commuter flights per day. That might not cut it for TMC. They have made other pilots designate airports that are a couple of hours away as their home airport.

15/13 schedule except for two weeks out of the year which is 8/6 in order to flip flop the schedule so everybody gets a chance to have the holidays off once every two years. $45K to start...they still hire directly into all three types. 1 year $18K non-prorated contract. Seems like it is a much better job to be an FO at this company than to be a CA. For whatever reason, it seems most CAs aren't happy and ready to get out. The thing they don't tell you until indoc is that you aren't allowed to drink while on rotation. If you get caught or ratted out by another pilot, you are fired on the spot. Same if you get caught doing contract flying on your off time.

Has anyone gotten an interview or phone call from these guys lately?

I know 3 people that are interviewing in the next week or so. So they are indeed hiring.
