Yes
I was swimming in the pool for a caravan job until DHL cut back on domestic air cargo i think they only fly the EMB110 now and though it may show hiring on their site they are not hiring now .
I will say they were a great bunch of folks when i interviewed there I was very bummed about the economic downturn .

They are out of Bennington, VT. UPS contractor / feeder. I think the Buffalo plane flies to Plattsburgh. Not sure if they are hiring (my guess is they are not). If I recall they have a big package of papers that they email you to fill out and send back. Give them a call. I am certain they will give you the info you want.

AKA Business Air (Rattler) has 12 E-110'S online currently, and they require two pilots. Decent bunch of pilots scattered all over northern New England. The hub was MHT and a high speed overnight, then back to where ever. The BTV run was pretty good, we had a Gull Air Beech 18 up there doing contract work, show time 2130, oat 3 degrees below zero,
and a warm Beech right out of the hanger. The maintenance chief at that time was Pappy Boyington's crew chief, he did a beautiful job restoring DC-3's, and had a knack for round engines, lucky me. I drove the 18 over the Adirondacks each night to ROC.
Days were great spent at Smugglers Notch skiing, no beer after 1330 though.
The Bandit is a fun steady flying turboprop, I'm glad I have the type.
If you're into freight, Telford aviation (BGR) just registered a Dash-7, also a gas to fly if you get the opportunity. I'm fortunate to have the type in that as well.

Fairly certain from my days flying into CAE, that the Airnow Bandit that came in there every night was single pilot.

AirNow currently has two runs out of Buffalo, both of which are UPS feeder runs. One goes to Binghamton, NY and the other to Elmira, NY. Ameriflight currently has the BUF - Plattsburgh UPS run and another UPS reserve run to back up the AirNow Binghamton run. (that makes up the UPS contracted feeder runs out of BUF)
The two AirNow runs are flown by EMB 110's and they are both flown single pilot. The two Ameriflight runs are flown by Beech 99 Airliners and are also flown single pilot.
AirNow also holds a Plattsburgh - Syracuse, NY run as well. EMB 110 on that too.
