While this is my own WAG, but most likely they are looking for someone that not only has 135mins, but a fair amount of PIC/Actual Instrument/Night/High-Performance Multi-time. Just like every other company internal recommendations will go a long way. If there are any star check runs that go into your local airport area, maybe try and chat up one of their pilots to get a gauge on how they like the company, back-of-the-clock lifestyle, etc.

I know your probably looking for hard numbers so here's my guess 1200-1500TT 100+ME 50+ Actual Instrument

I think PIC time may be my downfall. I have 1400 TT and almost 1000 of that is Multi, but I only have about 300 Multi PIC as I spent teh last 4 years sitting right seat on a King Air and logging a whoppin 200 hours/year

This is for the folks that are online and/or have been online for some time at the company:

How is Airnet these days?

Are you liking the scene or just hangin' in there?

I have heard that things have changed a bit in the last few years, but that's just the scuttlebutt.

First of all, Airnet is a great flying experience. It will def. make you a better pilot, especially if you do any NE runs. I recently left after 4 yrs., and the culture changed alot in that time frame, mostly because of the decline in bank business. But things seemed more stable within the last year.
Your QOL and upgrade potential depend on how flexible you can be with travel and base location. Better for single people who are willing to move. After getting married, my flexibility changed so it was time to move on. Still a great plane to work IMHO, but not a long term career option.

A co-worker just got an interview at airnet. Meets 135 mins and has TT about 1700. However, only 35 hours of multi-engine time which is great news for CFIs stuck at schools that won't let them teach in the twins (or schools without twins). He has 2 internal recs and the recruitment guy there is a graduate of our school so that might have helped.

Anyone else getting interviews?
