It wasnt a mass interview. I called and they let me choose the date to come in.

The interview process was full up and nothing went wrong.

I think we really need to reverse the tone of this thread.

For those people wanting to apply, I arranged a date and decided to drive. The travel department emailed me on friday with my hotel and rental car reservation. I picked up my car and drove to Elkhart. Checking into the hotel was no problem either.

The next day I drove to the sim location. The sim was very straightforward and following the sim, I went back to the company.

There was an INDOC class going on so I had to wait a little bit to meet the HR person. That allowed me to look around and they were very accommodating to let me crawl all over the airplanes.

I then met with HR and went to take my drug test. I was called a few days later with my offer.

The interview and meeting everyone at the company was very nice. I looked around and didnt see any ****ed off employees. Everyone was pleasant and they went out of their way to accommodate me.
