So they’re talking furloughs and financial despair in the latest negotiations report... Either that’s true, or the worst tactic in the playbook to get guys to vote in a crummy contract. Vote industry leading, NOTHING ELSE!

Not written in stone 727, but they need or are wanting to get rid of 30-35 pilots. They are offering a translation bonus for the Hawker guys to leave. They are supposedly calling other companies and asking about hiring the Hawker pilots.

Odd how with current attrition rates they cannot wait two months for number of pilots needed to dwindle down to desired amount. Strange they find need to pay people to leave. $15,000 would be nice settlement to help make it on first year pay at next job.
