By the way, when I read Snookin’s post, my mind heard a guy by the name of Ray. Who’s the chief pilot over there now?

If by “science project” you mean that heat and pressure were applied to an unstable fuel source resulting in a fire that made the neglectful owner sell the lab, burned the incompetent administration to the point they could no longer work there, distilled the quality pilots into the ether of jobs better than their wildest imaginations, and reduced what was left to a worthless mix of unintelligent, wing-scraping, bottom feeding, mis-managed scabs and sludge, then I would say yes, our science project in fact did work, and it was GLORIOUS.

Perhaps the finest GFY reply I've ever read. Well done. Well done

Default Disadvantage

Do you like abuse? Rolling rest? No vacation? No crew meals? dispatchers telling you when they think it's a go decision? Not getting rewarded for hard work? Working so hard on all sides of the clock that your eyes bleed? Then look no further than TMC!! This non union pile of steaming garbage is just the ticket for a budding pilot! Get ready to never upgrade in a small jet that should have been scrapped years ago! Revel in the glory of absolutely no flow through to other companies. Be compensated in point programs that would otherwise be free! Get ready to work for man that has no experience in aviation whatsoever, that is paid by the competition (XO Jet). The same company that took Midwest airlines and made it the glorious airline it is today! ....And if that's not enough, they will throw in a backpack and a travel mug just for joining so you have something to cry into when you realize you work for TMC.

Enjoy not having any job protection! Who needs those pesky unions anyway? All they do is give you better pay, benefits and schedule. But who needs that? You pay out the ass for that sub-par insurance, unless you're like me and never get sick and have tons of extra lives because the only cost a quarter each.

Naa... Everyone left is either oblivious, or busy trying to brown nose their way to the top.

Hawkers are sold off and they're now getting rid of the Nextants. Nothing but the latest and greatest.

The Nextants were always a bad deal. The only ones that couldn't see that were most likely getting a little chedda to line their greasy pockets.
