I can understand a 7 on 7 off schedule like most fractionals do, but that 15 days on is a deal breaker for me, but then again they have no shortage of people wanting a job there so maybe it's not so bad.

I haven't had an absurd number of min-rest nights in any given rotation, but I've known a few crews who have been slammed here and there.

I just flew every day of the last rotation and wound up with about 60 hours. That being said, not every day is a hard one by any means. Two of the days out of that rotation had only a single leg to position part 91. I only flew a single leg on the last day because the client wanted to leave before my successor could arrive. I still made it home that night no-problem.

Everything else you said is pretty much the case. 15/13, a strong no-alchohol policy, and about 600 hours per year.

Can anyone confirm the first year pay? There are several numbers on here and I'm a little confused.
What about for the King Air?

Per Diem is $40 per day or $60 if you overnight south of the border. Its a daily rate with a guarantee of 42 days pay per quarter.

These guys still hiring? How do they determine which type you will fly - Beechjet or Hawker?

I understand that TMC does the sim eval at Andrews University (just north of South Bend) and that people wishing to tune up their skills can rent the sim, and possibly practice with people who have sat right seat with earlier applicants.

That's where it's at. If you brush up with desktop computer sim you'll be fine--much cheaper! The sim is raw data no FD no AP, one comm, one nav, no GPS or moving map. As long as you have solid instrument skills and use great CRM it's not a big deal, but definitely prepare.
