Just wondered if it was a pretty constant thing, or if it would slow down since the union was implemented etc...
How about you apply when you meet their mins?

Well I wasn't aware they didn't count rw time when I applied. Some companies give credit for it, some don't. They didn't specify. Is it that big of a problem for you? Glad you are so helpful.

I'm not sure I understand? I wasnt trying to come off as a dic* , I also "thought" I met the mins per what I was told were the mins. I usually don't waste the companies time by applying if I am not in the neighborhood of what they listed as required time(s).

If one was given an opportunity for a job at both TMC jets and JetSuite, what would be the natural inclination? I know there are many variables involved, but from a general standpoint from hopefully some current employees at either place, some feedback would be greatly appreciated.

From what I understand, JetSuite does not have home-basing, TMC does. However, I believe JetSuite pays much better than TMC. Not sure how the benefits are at JetSuite, but they aren't great at TMC. Take that for what it's worth.

Thanks Skier. The home basing is the real hang up, but TMC being Wyvern makes their upgrade times quite lengthy for someone like me. The 15/13 schedule could be tough too. How do you feel about the schedule? Do pilots at TMC get to keep airline miles, hotel points etc..?

If you are low time, upgrade will take forever because of those Wyvern minimums that you mentioned. 15/13 isn't the greatest, but they do offer an 8/6 schedule as well. Not sure how senior the 8/6 is going. I stuck with the 15/13 since we don't get any vacation time.
Yes, we keep all airline miles and hotel points. You will be diamond status at Hilton and Platinum at IHG in a very short amount of time.

Nice! So, on your time off, you can spend more time in hotels. If you die of a heart attack on rotation, can you still keep your points?

I take it you're not too happy at TMC 2020? Care to share how long you've been there and what airframe you're in? What about the company do you like/ dislike the most? Thanks for your time.
